Ever feel as if you're simply another drifter trying to phone home, without the slightest clue of what and where that actually is?. The harsh reality lies in the fact that I've rarely ever felt like i belonged anywhere. The cold realization that I've really spent most of my days alone entertaining the audience of my mind. The great thing about it is, it has ultimately prepared me for a life of travel. There will be days where we're left to our own devices, faced with the challenge of getting through a course of 24 hours with nobody but ourselves. Through it, we learn how to enjoy our own company. The "solo" aspect of travel becomes less daunting, and we come to appreciate the moments of solace, beacuse it allows us to connect with the most important part of our travels, which is ourselves. Are there still days that I feel like I'm an alien who went off trajectory and landed on some odd planet with a totally different breed of life and surrounding? Of course! Almost every single day. But the difference now, is that I can adjust and adapt to view this sudden change of scenery as an open shot to experience the wierd, awkward and beautiful of people, places and things that challenge what I have been accustomed to. So GREETINGS!!!, and take me to your leader, for I would like to brush my shoulders with your species. I would like to pick your brains while I attempt to understand your ways over the aromas that resonate from the platters of your native cuisine. I want to appreciate the variety of your women, and discuss why their butts move rhythmically in the manner that they do. I would like to get to know you, and some how within that process, get to know myself.    Because ultimately, that may be the one true way we can get to find our way home....
